Job Title: SALES ASSISTANT

Location: EAST LONDON

-SATURDAYS ONLY-

The Role As the first point of contact you will be engaging and communicating with our customers providing them with details on the collection, company and style advice. You will approach every customer, making there experience a fun and enjoyable whilst taking care of their needs. You will be based in East London, just off of Broadway market or our Central London store.

What you will be doing

 

• Provide good advice whilst achieving sales and delivering memorable customer experiences

• Be helpful to our customers by providing a great standard of customer service both face to face and via what's app or email

• Maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in store

• Handle all point of sale transactions

• Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions with the team

• Maintain a log book of requests with customer details so you can contact them when necessary

• Maintain the stock levels of the store buy requesting top ups of sold out styles and sizes Skills and experience you need

• Demonstrable experience in a similar customer facing role

• Enjoy and know our brand and products

• Strong organisational skills

• Excellent Communication Skills

Job Title: ASSISTANT SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Location: EAST LONDON

We are looking for a confident Assistant Social Media Manager to join our head office team at House of Sunny. You will be responsible for our House of Sunny social media channels, keeping on top of current trends and platforms to ensure maximum engagement within our community.

What you will be doing:

  • Strategically planning and managing our social media campaigns across all channels – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest – driving continuous growth, reach and engagement

  • Researching trending topics and issues to ensure HOS stays relevant and reactive

  • Thinking out of the box and bringing innovation to ensure each campaign reaches maximum engagement

  • Weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting on the performance of each channel

  • Delivering copywriting to craft engaging captions

  • Planning and budgeting surrounding campaign shoots

  • Shoot and direct and plan content creation days for editorial and branded content.

  • Video & image content creation

  • Continuous research on social trends, new platforms & algorithm

  • Managing Social Media calendar

  • Scheduling and publishing content as per the calendar across platforms for all accounts.

  • Working with influencers to develop brand awareness and curate content

  • Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to define plans with the overarching, cohesive marketing plan.

  • Facebook Advertising planning and monitoring

 

Skills and experience you will need:

  • Image and video editing experience

  • Previous experience in growing a brand’s following and engagement across various social channels

  • Have an excellent understanding of current online social trends, strategy and best practice across the different social channels

ob Title: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Location: EAST LONDON

We are looking for an established Store Manager to join our head office team at House of Sunny. You will be responsible for our House of Sunny store/ showroom to ensure a smooth working environment within this multi-use space for both customers and team. This role requires a strong sales experience to help gain a loyal customer base within our recently new flagship space. You will be required to work closely with both retail and head office staff to ensure efficiency and synergy between front and back of house.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Key holder responsibilities for weekends and weekdays (5 day week)

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Strengthen customer loyalty by engaging and supporting the sales team ın gaining new local customer loyalty to grow department sales.

  • Train and inspire the sales staff of her/his department in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer services and company procedures.

  • Ensure that the shop floor and studio space is organised and our products are arranged according the instructions of the senior management

  • Retail Staff administration (Rota hours and staffing)

  • Stock management and maintenance

  • Managing uniform allowance for all staff

  • Identify new opportunities to increase customer footfall, attract new Clients and build a loyal relationship with the brand.

  • Report to head office management to discuss store performance, updates, successes, opportunities and challenges

  • Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in response to change and the ability to lead the team through change with a growth mentality

  • Ensure the team is always prepared and updated on the main information, product knowledge, policies and procedures.

  • Management of supplies within studio and back office to ensure essentials stocked at all time for team

  • Team growth and development – first point of contact for internship applications to help discover suitable candidates for head office team

  • Ensure effective and efficient back-of-house organisation for the department and is responsible for the protection of the company’s assets as well as the staff standards to be ensured.
