EXCHANGING OR RETURNING?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like to exchange or return please go to our returns portal here.
The items must be in saleable condition and returned or exchanged within 30 days from delivery. Once returning item is received, exchanges will be dispatched the exchanges will be dispatched the following day and refunds will be made within 14 working days of receiving. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
*Please note that all swimwear products must have hygiene sticker still intact to be eligible for a return for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
